Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your board is in its original condition, unused, and within the 30-day window from the date of delivery.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the board in its original box including all accessories and chargers, then attach the provided shipping label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
